I had the opportunity to attend a lot of courses on personal development, but I can hardly think of an equivalent for the EMPRETEC workshop. The quality of the trainers and the structure of the programme generate change in every participant; unlike in other programmes I was given here the opportunity to focus on my own objectives and I didn’t have to subscribe to some beliefs that were thought to be “the right ones”.
